ENGAGEMENT
MESSAGE: “This is a trustworthy statement; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God will be careful to engage in good deeds. These things are good and profitable for men.” (Titus 3:8)
MEANING: God calls out, “Be Careful!” He doesn’t want us to forget or get distracted. We are to fill our minds with care and attention to our deeds. Then, each good deed we accomplish will meet the needs of our neighbors and magnify God’s kindness towards mankind. When we are passionate for God, we, in turn, are passionate for whatever He calls us to do.
MOVEMENT: Seek out an opportunity to help every day. Hold open a door, offer assistance, help someone in some way by engaging in a random act of kindness. Every small interaction with someone is an opportunity to have a positive impact on both of your lives and glorify God.
