GOD’S GRACIOUS MEMORY
MESSAGE: “For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints. And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence so as to realize the full assurance of hope until the end.” (Hebrews 6:10-11)
MEANING: Faithful Christians are diligent Christians. We cannot perform every good deed imaginable, but we can remain diligent until the end by trusting in the justice of God. Faithful Christians can also live with a sure and steadfast hope of heaven because God sees and remembers the “work and the love which you have shown toward His name.” In Christ, God forgets our sins but remembers our service.
MOVEMENT: Imitate God today by choosing to forget a sin committed against you, and instead focus on something good about that person.
